Lisec production line
In Savabien D.O.O. is currently installed one of the most famous European production lines, “Lisec” from Austria. Animated illustration of the line located in our factory and representation of the production process can be seen above.

The entire process of Savabien is fully automated, which gives the greatest advantage when it comes to glass with special coatings. Starting from laying glass on the table, to cutting, breaking in all 3 axes and storing in the glass sorting system, everything is done without the human factor involved, other than in function of supervision.
After the exit of the sorting system and transition on the insulating glass production line, glass is automatically transported and processed. We have implemented a number of innovations in the market like new Lisec’s scanner that detects all defects invisible to the naked eye.
All edges of insulating glass produced in Savabien larger than 1.5m2 will be protected which will remove micro cracks and reduce the possibility of glass breakage. It will also reduce the risk of injury during transport and installation of glass.
All products from our factory will have a barcode label which contains a detailed description (dimensions, weight) of product or something else of your choice that will improve your advertisement and make the installation easier.
