Insulating glass is manufactured through sealing two or more sheets of glass with sealants of exceptional strength. Partitions of aluminum alloy with drainers filled between the sheets of glass make the air inside the glass very dry, butyl rubber seal is used as the first line, and as the second seal we’re using glass or plastic polysulfide adhesive on the basis of used glass framework. The space between the sheets of glass is insulated from the outside with sealants and special gas. Insulating glass has good performances in heat and noise insulation.

The increasing prices of energy have forced us to pay more attention to the effectiveness of insulation in our homes. One of the key elements of insulation is a selection of appropriate window. ClimaGuard ® Solar is float glass with a transparent and extremely thin film on the surface. As a result it ensures high light transparency (66%), great thermal insulation (U = 1.1 W/m2K) and protection from the sun’s energy (transmits only 42% of solar energy). All this with only one film!

ClimaGuard ® Solar glass whose main purpose is an excellent thermal insulation, compared to traditional insulating glass, reduces heating costs in half on cold days. In average home it can be up to several hundred Euros per year. This glass saves your money, and also protects environment.

Exceptional comfort in the hottest days

Adequate thermal insulation is important in summer because the sun’s rays passing through the glass can significantly increase the temperature in the room. In hot summer days the window surface is exposed to solar energy with more than 400 W/m2. Traditionally, insulating glass is passing about 80% of that energy in the room, which is often unbearable. ClimaGuard ® Solar glass significantly reduces solar heat by transmitting only 42% of the total solar energy. The low heat transfer provides low temperature inside the glass making the room more comfortable. Moreover, it allows lower air conditioning expenses.

Furnace is ideal for production of laminated glass used in the furniture industry and for interior design. Furnace also can produce security glass certificated by the Security Information Agency.

Glass grinding machine is designed for grinding edges of flat glass of different thickness and sizes. The edge is grinded at 45% angle. The machine can be used for coarse and fine grinding, polishing and angle marking. Speed can be adjusted by its stepless regulator.

Glass grinding machine with 14 grinders is used for glass grinding for the furniture industry and architecture requirements, where high-quality polishing with high-speed processing is necessary. Machine is controlled by PLC and HMI touch-screen is used for setting of parameters.

We offer grinding services and KP glass processing on one of the most contemporary machine with 14 grinders.

The horseshoe-shaped glass walkway stands at 3,600 feet above the floor of the canyon. The Skywalk is not directly above the main canyon, Granite Gorge, which contains the Colorado River. Instead it extends over a side canyon and affords a view into the main canyon.

Skywalk protrudes 20 meters (66 ft) beyond the edge of the canyon. The walls and floor are built from glass 4 inches (102 mm) thick. Whilst this is clearly not for the faint-hearted, or those with a fear of heights you can’t fail to be impressed by the structure and the amazing views it affords.
